Playbooks (SOPs) and training videos live in the Library for the whole team.

1. In Claude, paste or dictate the process, step by step.
2. Say “Add this to the Stak as a team playbook.”
3. An Admin approves it in the Queue. It then shows under Playbooks (SOPs), and Claude can follow it too.

1. Record it in Loom.
2. Tell Claude “Add this to our training videos,” with the link and which group it belongs in.
3. Once it is approved, it shows in the Library under that group.
