The Stak works through Claude. Name the client, say what you need, and Claude works from what the Stak knows.
The shape of a good ask
Name the client. Start with who it is for: “For Harbor Dental, …” Claude then works from that client's brand, voice, numbers and rules, and nobody else's.
Say what you need and where it is going. “Three Instagram posts for next week.” “A reply to this review.”
Paste what it should work from. The brief, the client's email, a draft.
Ask it to check before anything ships. “Check this draft against the Stak.”
Good first asks
“Use the Marchwell Stak. Show me what's inside.”
“What are the brand voice rules for [client]?”
“Give me [client]'s numbers I can use in a post.”
“What are the hard rules for [client]?”
Every client's What's in the Stak tab has an Example prompts button with more.
The first question on the Connect page, shown in an example agency's Suite.
Make it stick
Something Claude learns in a chat stays in that chat. To keep it, say “Add this to the Stak.” See When something is wrong or out of date.
