Nobody edits the Stak directly. You tell Claude, and an Admin on your team approves the change.

1. Say what is wrong and what is right: “Harbor's review count is 241 now, not 232. Update the Stak.”
2. Claude files the fix. It lands in the Queue, with the old text and the new side by side.
3. An Admin approves it. A few minutes later every teammate's Claude has the new version.

• A number that changed: reviews, years in business, prices.
• A service added or dropped.
• A rule the client just told you.
• Something the Stak should cover and does not. Give Claude the answer and say “Add this to the Stak.”
