Every change to the Stak waits in the Queue until an Admin approves it. That is what keeps the Stak true.

Open Manage, then Queue.

• Severity (High, Medium, Low) is how much it matters.
• New page means it adds a page to the Stak instead of changing one.
• Filed by is who asked: a teammate, Claude on their behalf, or Dot.

1. Click a request. You see the reason, then the change side by side: red lines come out, green lines go in.
2. Approve if it is right. It goes live on the Stak in a few minutes, and approvals pause while it publishes.
3. Deny if it is wrong, with a short reason. The reason stays with the request.
4. Many at once: tick them and press Approve Selected. They publish together as one change.

Not an Admin? You can read everything in the Queue, and an Admin on your team decides. Use Closed to see what was already decided, or pick one client.
