AccessAccess checklist3 still open

Nothing in onboarding waits on this, but the logins gate every measurable thing you do, so keep it honest. Access is granted to a role account your agency owns — an access@ address, never a person's own login — and it counts only when tested. An invite that was sent is not access. Everything the agreement needs is pre-set from the services in scope; mark the rest not needed.

NoteFirst winnot noted

The first real piece of work, produced through the Stak, in the client's hands. Worth writing down: the best first win is the thing public reality got wrong that you fixed in a week.
